Key Responsibilities Union Cosmique* is seeking a Communications and Social Media Manager to support the visibility, engagement, and reach of its artistic and community activities. The Communications and Social Media Manager will be responsible for: Developing and implementing the communication and social media strategy. Creating, scheduling, and publishing content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to various platforms. Managing and moderating social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram). Ensuring consistency in messaging and the organization’s visual identity. Monitoring performance metrics and proposing improvements. Collaborating with the team to support campaigns and events. Drafting press releases, newsletters, and internal/external communication materials. *Union Cosmique is a branch of Angle Psy dedicated to boosting emerging artists in Quebec. Our mission is to create a space where art serves as a catalyst for social connection. Every Friday, we host participatory artistic evenings focused on sharing and co-creation. We aim to inspire artists and build a vibrant, engaged artistic community. Candidate Profile Proven experience in communications and social media management. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, video editing, etc.). Strong writing skills and impeccable grammar/spelling. Creativity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset. Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly. Volunteer Conditions Approximately 6 hours per week. Hybrid model (remote and occasional in-person presence). Flexible schedule.
