Location: CLSC MÉTRO DOWNTOWN (Station métro Guy‑Concordia) 

Our clinic is seeking friendly, community‑oriented volunteers to welcome and guide visitors. If you can communicate in French and English (intermediate level) and enjoy helping people feel at ease, we’d be glad to hear from you. 

What the role involves 

• Greeting and directing visitors 

• Responding to basic questions with calm and warmth 

• Helping manage a busy flow of people 

• Standing for the duration of a 4‑hour shift 

Schedule & Commitment 

• 4‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. 

• Choose a shift: Morning (8–12), Afternoon (12–4), or Evening (4–8) 

• Minimum 3‑month commitment
