PAQ is an Indigenous organization that supports First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people experiencing housing insecurity in Tio'tià: ke / Montreal. Through a culturally appropriate approach based on empowerment and harm reduction, we provide shelters, housing options, and services that promote well-being and healing and strengthen the community. 

We are looking for organized individuals to help us organize our archives and databases. Your role will be essential to ensuring the smooth running of our organization and the reliability of our information.

Your main responsibilities:

• Data updates: Verify and update personal information (dates of birth, contact details, etc.).
• Organization & Archiving: File documents in alphabetical order.
• Chronological management: Sort files by date, from most recent to oldest, for quick reference.

Schedule: We are completely flexible! Whether you have a few hours a week, (you can for exemple give two or three hours a week) we can adapt to your schedule between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., except on weekends.
