The network promotes cooperation, the sharing of practices, knowledge co‑construction, and innovation to strengthen citizen‑led peace initiatives. ____________________________________________________________ Why volunteer with Outils de Paix? Contribute directly to the financial sustainability of a network dedicated to peace and social cohesion. Gain practical, hands‑on experience in community‑sector funding. Collaborate with member organizations and take part in collective projects. ____________________________________________________________ Mandate The volunteer supports the coordination team within the Active Funding Committee and contributes to certain treasury‑related tasks. Most of the time will be dedicated to funding work (opportunity scanning, applications, calendar, follow‑ups). Treasury tasks are more occasional, supervised, and mainly focus on updating simple tracking tools. The role aims to strengthen the network’s financial stability and contribute to the implementation of the 2026 Action Plan (Axis 1: activities, collaboration, funding). ____________________________________________________________ Main responsibilities Funding — Active Funding Committee Participate in monitoring and analyzing funding opportunities. Contribute to preparing and drafting grant applications (narrative, budget, appendices, letters of support). Help maintain a submission calendar and follow up on applications. Treasury (support — lighter scope and supervised) Assist in preparing simple tracking tools (forecasts, expense tracking, documentation). Work with the coordination team to organize financial information. ____________________________________________________________ Desired profile Strong interest in nonprofit funding. Rigor, sense of responsibility, discretion, and collaborative spirit. Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / OneDrive.
