A Dining-In is a special meal experience for our members, held every second Tuesday of the month from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Members are invited to enjoy a restaurant-style dinner in a welcoming, social atmosphere. The event offers a chance to connect, relax, and share a delicious meal together in the community space. The volunteer supporting the Dining-In will assist with the event alongside the Activities Programmer. Tasks may include planning the evening’s activities/animation/entertainment, decorating the dining area, chatting with members during the event, and supporting the programmer in their various duties. This volunteering experience is not only the opportunity to develop some facilitation skills, it is also a great way to have a meaningful impact in the seniors community of the South-Ouest of Montreal. Prerequisites: - Must be available every second Tuesday of every month, from 1pm to 3pm or from 5pm to 8pm (or both). - Must be able to come in person to the center (850 Dominion Street)
