It shares tools and knowledge for violence prevention and peaceful skill‑building, supporting citizen‑led initiatives for peace. ______________________________________________________________________ Why volunteer with Outils de Paix? Contribute to the visibility of a network committed to non‑violence, inclusion, and social justice. Use or develop your skills in communication, facilitation, and coordination. Support the dissemination of educational tools and member initiatives. ______________________________________________________________________ Mandate The volunteer supports the coordination team in facilitating communities of practice and co‑creating collective projects. The role is part of Axis 2 of the 2026 Action Plan (awareness, representation, communication). ______________________________________________________________________ Main responsibilities Communities of practice facilitation Co‑facilitate meetings with network members. Support preparation, logistics, and facilitation of workshops. Participate in collective project co‑creation (ideation, planning, coordination). Communication plan and content Contribute to a communication plan and editorial calendar. Write/adapt content: announcements, short articles, member highlights. Support promotion of activities (calendar, newsletter, announcements). Social media Publish on Outils de Paix social media channels. Share member events and initiatives. Track simple indicators (reach, engagement). ______________________________________________________________________ Desired profile Interest in social communication and peace/non‑violence issues. Strong writing skills in French; functional English is an asset.
