We’re looking for passionate leaders!
St-James Drop-In Centre is recruiting new Board Members to help guide our work supporting people experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and mental health challenges in Montreal. As a board member, you’ll help shape strategy, strengthen governance, and deepen community impact in a grassroots, low-barrier organization. We’re especially seeking individuals with experience in strategic thinking, fundraising, crisis/risk management, and social enterprise development — and a commitment to equity, compassion, and community-centred leadership. Make a difference where it matters most. If you’re ready to help foster dignity, belonging, and opportunity for some of our city’s most marginalized neighbours, we want to hear from you.
