Do you have time to spare and want to be part of a great team? 

Héma-Québec is looking for volunteers to join its call center team at its administrative offices in Saint-Laurent.  Telephone recruitment is essential to the success of blood drives and maintaining the blood supply. 

Volunteers are responsible for calling blood donors and offering them an appointment for a blood drive in their area.  

Calls are made using a computerized system, so you will have the donor's name, phone number, and the information to give the donor during the call on your screen.

You are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

You have good interpersonal skills, are a good listener, are computer literate, and have good communication skills in French.

Every volunteer is absolutely essential to the fulfillment of our mission.
