As part of the 2026 edition of our Antisalon de l’emploi, taking place in March in Montréal, we are looking for a volunteer photographer and/or videographer to cover the event.

The Antisalon is an inclusive, human-centered event that offers an alternative approach to traditional recruitment, with a strong focus on meaningful exchanges, personal career paths, and participants’ potential.

Volunteer role

• Take photos and/or videos during the event

• Capture the atmosphere, interactions, and key moments

• Deliver a selection of usable content for our communications (website, social media, reports)

Profile sought

• Student, hobbyist, or professional in photography and/or videography

• Interest in the community sector and social impact projects

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and respect participants

• Personal equipment appreciated (not mandatory, depending on profile)

Conditions

• Volunteer position (unpaid)

• Meals and snacks provided on the day of the event

• Volunteer certificate available upon request

• Photo/video credits will always be mentioned
