Angle Psy is seeking a Social Worker to contribute to the human, social, and community dimensions of the awareness and prevention project against rape culture. The Social Worker will be responsible for: Bringing expertise in psychosocial intervention and support for individuals directly or indirectly affected by sexual violence. Participating in the design and validation of content (articles, workshops, video clips), ensuring their social relevance, emotional safety, and accessibility. Supporting the team in implementing inclusive and safe approaches, centered on respect, kindness, and collective accountability. Contributing to the creation of community resources and tools aimed at prevention and consent education. Collaborating with other professionals (psychologists, sexologists, content creators) to strengthen the coherence and social impact of the project. Participating in ethical discussions regarding the representation of survivors and the social realities linked to sexual violence. University degree in Social Work, Social Intervention, Social Service, or a related field. Experience in community intervention, sexual violence prevention, social education, or victim support. Strong skills in active listening, non-violent communication, and group facilitation. Ability to simplify social concepts for a young audience (16–30 years old). Sensitivity to issues of equality, diversity, and social justice. Rigor, empathy, and a collaborative spirit. 100% remote position. 4 hours per week. Mandatory team meeting on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online). Flexible schedule for other tasks (participation, validation, community support).
