Primary Responsibilities

Angle Psy is seeking a creative individual with a sensitivity to social issues to develop and manage Angle Psy's presence on TikTok, as part of its awareness and prevention efforts regarding mental health, consent, and the fight against rape culture.

The TikTok Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Designing, planning, and publishing informative, educational, and engaging video content primarily aimed at young adults (16 to 30 years old).

• Collaborating with the scientific and creative teams to popularize topics related to psychology, healthy sexuality, and violence prevention.

• Adapting messages to TikTok's trends and specific formats, while respecting Angle Psy's mission and values.

• Ensuring that all publications are respectful, inclusive, and consistent with ethical communication best practices.

• Monitoring video performance statistics and proposing improvements to optimize reach and impact.

• Participating in the creation of a kind and supportive online community.

Desired Profile

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok and an interest in social media in general.

• Sensitivity to issues of mental health, gender equality, consent, and the fight against rape culture.

• Ability to simplify complex subjects in a creative and accessible way.

• Excellent communication skills, sense of humor, and creativity.

• Collaborative spirit, autonomy, and curiosity.

• Asset: Familiarity with video creation and editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.).

• Rigor, respect for ethics, and attention to detail.

Volunteer Conditions

• 100% remote position.

• 4 hours per week.

• Mandatory team meeting on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online).

• Flexible schedule for other tasks (creation, planning, follow-up).
