Angle Psy is looking for a Community Worker who is passionate about mental health, social justice, and consent education, to actively participate in the project for raising awareness and preventing rape culture. The Community Worker will be responsible for: Contributing to the creation and facilitation of awareness activities for young adults (16–30 years old) on the themes of consent, healthy relationships, and the fight against rape culture. Participating in the simplification and popularization of content (video clips, workshops, publications) in collaboration with mental health professionals and content creators. Offering first-line, remote psychosocial support during activities or broadcasts dealing with sensitive subjects. Fostering a safe and inclusive space for exchange for participants or those affected by the issues addressed. Contributing to social monitoring and identification of local or community resources that can be shared with the public. Working closely with the team (psychologists, sexologists, social workers) to adapt approaches to real-world situations. Training or significant experience in community work, social education, group facilitation, or outreach work. Strong interest in the prevention of sexual violence, mental health, and social justice. Comfortable communication skills and empathy when interacting with diverse audiences. Ability to convey messages clearly, inclusively, and respectfully. A sense of ethics, confidentiality, and teamwork. Commitment, active listening, and open-mindedness. 100% remote position. 4 hours per week. Mandatory team meeting on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online). Flexible schedule for other activities (preparation, facilitation, follow-up).
