Do you want to get more involved in your community? Would you like to meet new people? Become a delivery volunteer with our organization that reaches out to a vibrant intergenerational community brought together by food and community involvement!

We are looking for delivery volunteers by car, bike, public transport or by foot. Depending on the mode of transportation, volunteers travel to various neighbourhoods to reach our members.

Team members remain available by phone to support the volunteers at all times. 
Once the meals have all been delivered, the volunteers return to the center to return the delivery bags and debrief about the route. 

Schedules                  : 
Delivery routes last approximately 2-3 hours. Delivery shifts begin at 2:45pm where volunteers pick up meals for delivery. The volunteer shift is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday.

Areas                  :
Meal deliveries are done in the Plateau Mont-Royal, Milton-Parc, Downtown, Westmount, Côte-des-Neiges and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhoods, departing from the centre located on the Plateau.

Meals-on-Wheels deliveries are not only an essential food service, but also a way for clients and volunteers to meet each other and promote social inclusion for all.

Whether it’s a five-minute chat on the doorstep or twenty minute discussion, meal delivery always builds bridges between generations.
