Calling all community members! 

At once social, educational and environmental, the mission of Jardins pour Tous is to create a network of greening and urban agriculture in the Milton-Parc community. 

We’re looking for candidates with a passion for sustainable development, urban planning, communications and better living to join our Board of Directors at our Annual General Meeting on November 25 at 5        :30 p.m.

WHY JOIN THE GARDENS FOR ALL BOARD?
- To seize a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our educational mission related to greening and social agriculture! 
-To influence our organization’s key decisions and increase our IMPACT in the community! 
-To learn alongside people who share your thirst for innovation and collectivization.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Four positions are vacant and aim to be filled through an election process at the organization’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for late November 2024.

What are we looking for? Committed people ready to make a difference. 

In order to support the progress of Jardins pour tous, we encourage candidates with the following profiles to apply. The areas of expertise most in demand at the moment are (but are not limited to)        :

-Finance, auditing and/or accounting 
-Communications- Mkt, education or community mobilization 
-Horticulture, greening and/or urban planning 
-Milton Parc community representative (user) 
-Legal environment
-Human resources management

ENGAGEMENT OF DIRECTORS
Directors have a two (2)-year mandate and commit to attending and preparing for Board meetings (4 per year), and to actively participating in at least one Board committee. Overall involvement is expected to be around 3-4 hours per month.

We’d like to emphasize that sitting on the Board is an opportunity to participate in its governance and to gain an overview of the organization. If your interest lies more in the fields of action (activities and services), other opportunities for involvement are possible.
