Main Mission The Grant Development Manager will: Actively research funding opportunities such as grant programs, calls for projects, sponsorships, and awards. Carefully review and analyze eligibility criteria. Draft and prepare grant applications in collaboration with committee members. Assign specific tasks related to each funding file. Develop timelines to ensure all required documents are submitted before deadlines. Conduct a full review of each file at least one week before submission. Reach out to local businesses to build partnerships that benefit Angle Psy’s clients. Seek and negotiate sponsorships for events (partner mentions in programs, according to Angle Psy’s sponsorship guidelines). Collaborate closely with the President and members of Angle Psy. Monitor progress, measure results, and report updates to the decision-making committee. Communicate financial needs to the Internal Affairs Manager. Profile Sought Education or experience in fundraising, project management, writing, or organizational development. Excellent writing and organizational skills. Proficiency with office and project management tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Knowledge of public, private, and community funding programs. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Autonomy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and team spirit. Sensitivity to social issues (mental health, prevention of sexual violence, and equity). Volunteer Conditions 100% remote position. Approximately 4 hours per week. Mandatory availability on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online team meeting).
