Are you passionate about technology? Would you like to inspire the next generation of digital creators? Become a volunteer mentor for Code Club today!

Clubs need people with a variety of skills and backgrounds to encourage young people to code games, animations, and websites. No coding experience is necessary!

Tasks:

• Plan and prepare the necessary resources.
• Welcome participants when they arrive.
• Encourage young people to participate in the session’s activities.
• Support young people who are new to coding.
• Provide technical advice to help young people progress with their projects.
• Help set up the technical equipment before the sessions.

Commitment: 10 weeks, 1.5 hr / week

Location: schools in NDG

Please note: All volunteers must complete mandatory child protection training and obtain a criminal background check.
