• Manages the tools (web and paper platforms) needed for runner registration (in collaboration with our supplier).
• Manages the upgrade from the preferential rate to the higher rate.
• Manages customer service for all questions related to registrations, changes, and cancellations.
• Manages promo codes for teams of more than 10 runners.
• Manages school team registrations.
• Manages the definitive closure of online registration and last-minute registrations.
• Manages the assignment of chip and bib numbers in collaboration with the supplier.
• Manages the distribution of runner envelopes and bib numbers (2 days: Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th).
• Manages the accuracy of bib and chip assignments and (in collaboration with the Logistics Department) the accuracy of the times awarded to runners.
