Volunteers play an essential role in many organizations and associations. Their dedication and commitment are often the driving force behind the efficient running of these structures. However, keeping volunteers motivated and committed over the long term can sometimes prove difficult.

How can we encourage communication and exchanges between volunteers and the internal team, and thus maintain their motivation and commitment?
In this coffee meet up, we'll look at effective strategies for supporting and encouraging volunteers, to ensure their long-term commitment.
