Annual General Meeting 2022

The Volunteer Bureau of Montreal invites you to its Annual General Meeting of 2022.

June 21th, 2022 for, 3 p.m to 5 p.m

Please note that his event will be held mainly in French

In order to authenticate members, only registered participants will receive participation instructions. 

You can choose between two options  :

• On the premises: The team and the members of the Board of Directors will be delighted to welcome you with snacks and refreshments.
• Online via zoom: If you are not able to come, do not miss anything and follow our AGM remotely!

In the days leading up to the AGM, registered members will receive an email containing the  AGM documents.

According to our General rules:

• Several participants can register from the same organization but only one designated participant will be able to vote, since our rules state that one member equals one vote. 
• To be noted that the quorum is made up of present members.
