Coffee meet up : How to prepare volunteer week

Exchanging and sharing our thoughts as a group – feedback on experiences and success stories

This year's Volunteer Week will take place from April 14 to 20, 2024.

The theme of the 50th edition is: volunteering is brilliant.

Like every year, it's the perfect opportunity to celebrate the commitment and essential contribution of our volunteers. It's also an opportunity to recognize and highlight the impact of volunteerism in our community.

To prepare for this week, it's important to start by planning. What do you want to achieve during this period: perhaps you want to organize a specific event to thank your volunteers, or do you simply want to raise awareness of the importance of volunteering?

Then there are other questions, such as the scope of your activity and the budget allocated... Lots of questions to avoid!

At this meeting, we'll discuss the various activities you can organize during this festive week.
