Coffee meet-up 

The VBM's Coffee meet up are held every second Friday of the month to discuss issues related to volunteer resource management. These are moments of break where conviviality, listening, sharing and solidarity are at the heart of our discussions!

Volunteer involvement is essential to the smooth running of many non-profit organizations. However, it can be difficult to maintain their motivation and commitment over the long term. In this café-rencontre, we’ll look at effective strategies for supporting and encouraging volunteers, to ensure their lasting commitment.

For many years, the Volunteer Bureau of Montreal has supported organizations from all walks of life by offering specialized workshops in the management of volunteer resources. It also offers a range of specialized training courses in the management of volunteer resources to non-profit organizations.

The VBM is also continuously working on the development of new training courses that take into account the needs and realities of organizations and that respond to emerging issues in the management of volunteer resources. In addition to the training workshops, the center also offers various activities to support NPOs in their management.
