The Volunteer Bureau of Montreal and West Island Volunteer Bureau invite leaders of volunteers to a conversation about volunteer retention.

As recruiting volunteers becomes more challenging and as volunteer engagement trends change, it becomes increasingly important to be able to keep our volunteers engaged. Join us for an hour of learning and conversation on the topic of volunteer retention.

Our guest speakers will describe the practices they use to ensure volunteer engagement and retention:

Marie-France Juneau, Executive Director, Nova West Island
Valentino Pietrantonio, Executive Director, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, West Island

Their short presentations will be followed by audience questions and sharing to increase our knowledge and improve our practices around volunteer retention .

This online event is aimed at all Leaders of Volunteers / Volunteer Managers / Coordinators (paid and unpaid) who engage volunteers in their organisations.
