Main Mission The President of the Board of Directors will: Act as the strategic leader and official representative of Angle Psy. Prepare meeting agendas in collaboration with the Secretary. Chair Board meetings, ensure clarity in decisions, and follow up on action items. Work closely with Board members, volunteers, and partners. Support ethical, inclusive, and mission-aligned decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, funders, and community stakeholders. Drive organizational growth, innovation, and good governance practices. Ensure alignment between strategic directions and implementation by the volunteer team. Profile Sought Strategic and inspiring leadership (minimum 3 years of volunteer, nonprofit, or professional experience preferred). Knowledge of nonprofit operations and governance practices. Ability to facilitate Board meetings and represent the organization externally. Strong project management, team coordination, and collaborative decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (English an asset). Comfortable using collaborative digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, videoconferencing). Team spirit, diplomacy, strong listening skills, and integrity. Creativity, strategic vision, and ability to inspire and motivate a volunteer team. Strong commitment to the mission and human and social values of Angle Psy. Volunteer Conditions 100% remote position. Approximately 4 hours per week. Mandatory availability on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (team meeting online). Flexible schedule for other tasks. Availability to support and accompany team members as needed.
